In this case, the subjects will act as autonomous Controllers or will be designated Processors or Data Processing Officers. Designated Processors or Data Processing Officers will be given proper operational instructions. Particular attention will be paid to the adoption of the basic safety measures, as to guarantee the secrecy and the safety of the data.

“Article 7: Rights to access personal data and other rights.
1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether any personal data concerning him/her exist, even if they have not been recorded yet, and their communication in an intelligible form.

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

4. The data subject is entitled to object, wholly or partially:
