Privacy Policy

In conformity with the art. 13 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree n. 196 of 2003) we hereafter provide the privacy notice concerning the treatment of your personal data applied by Webperformance as Data Processing Controller.

The personal data supplied when purchasing the services offered by Webperformance.it or subsequently collected during the actual utilisation of the services will be processed by the Data Processing Controller for the following purposes:

1) supplying the requested services or handling possible complaints or legal arguments;

2) sending commercial messages concerning products, services and/or initiatives of the Publisher, its commercial partners or any Third Parties; direct and indirect selling and placement activities; carrying out customer satisfaction surveys concerning the quality of the provided services; carrying out studies or statistical and market researches.

Supplying your data is a compulsory requirement for the above-mentioned purposes; failing to supply your data, or supplying partial or incorrect data, might result in the impossibility to provide the requested services.
The data processing operations referred to at points 1) and 2) can be carried out through computerised or manual procedures. In both cases, such procedures will ensure full compliance with the effective regulations on this issue.

Within Weperformance.it, your data will be processed by employees who act under the direct authority of their respective “Data Processing Controller”. They have been designated Data Processing Officers and have been properly instructed about the procedures which must be followed in this connection.

As well as by Webperformance.it’s employees, your data may be partially processed by Third Parties, headquartered in Italy and/or abroad, which have been entrusted by Webperformance.it with some technical, organisational or management activities (or with part of them) having a functional role in the supply of the services mentioned at point 1) or in the execution of the activities mentioned at point 2). In this case, the subjects will act as autonomous Controllers or will be designated Processors or Data Processing Officers. Designated Processors or Data Processing Officers will be given proper operational instructions. Particular attention will be paid to the adoption of the basic safety measures, as to guarantee the secrecy and the safety of the data.

With reference to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to exercise at any given time the rights mentioned in the art. 7 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, writing to: info@Webperformance.it . Please be aware that, for technical reasons, it might take up to 5 working days to cancel your personal data from the Publisher’s archive. For practical purposes, the text of the above-mentioned art. 7 is cited below.

“Article 7: Rights to access personal data and other rights.

1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether any personal data concerning him/her exist, even if they have not been recorded yet, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject is entitled to be informed about:

a) the source of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

c) the logic applied to processing, when data are processed with the support of electronic devices;

d) the identification data of the Controller, the Processors and the designated Representative in the Italian State’s territory, where provided;

e) the subject or subject categories to whom the personal data might be communicated, or who might get to know such data by virtue of their status as designated Representative in the Italian State’s territory, Processors or Data Processing Officers.

3. The data subject is entitled to obtain:

a) the updating, the rectification or, when (s)he is interested therein, the integration of the data;

b) the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of the data unlawfully processed, including those data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) the certification that the operations listed in a) and b) have been notified, also as far as their contents are concerned, to the subjects whose data have been communicated or disseminated.  This operation can only be avoided if its fulfilment proves impossible or if the effort it implies is manifestly disproportionate in comparison with the right which is being protected.

4. The data subject is entitled to object, wholly or partially:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her, even if they are relevant to the purposes of the collection;

b) to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her for the following purposes: sending advertising material, direct selling, market researches or commercial communication surveys.
