Brand Awareness e Drive to Store
SuperService is the network of Goodyear Dunlop branded retailers, present throughout Italy with over 300 stores. It owns the exclusive on Goodyear, Dunlop and Fulda tyres and provides a 360% service on car maintenance.
Needs: To improve the awareness of the brand and their services, increasing local awareness of retailers and generating traffic at the point of sale, through the online funnel of the appointment booking function.
KPI’s: Impressions; Reach; Sessions; CR%.
Channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Display adv, Youtube, Waze.
What we did: Planned a cross-channel strategy to reach users when exploring and searching for car and tire services, intercepted an audience of Prospecting on premium editorials publications. We used geo-localized Facebook campaigns and developed creativity to generate traffic to the SuperService website and to the appointment booking form, with an overall growth of 117% in 2020. In conclusion, we developed Drive to store campaigns with different formats on Waze Ads, for some selected SuperService centers.
* In this campaign we took care of the creation of copy and images, optimizing them to ensure high traffic performance and conversion in sponsorships.
